A big chain restaurant served me fungus on Bread!

Hi Blinders! Yes, you read it right. I guess I understand why people say don’t talk while you eat and focus on your food and eat. I almost ate an entree bread entree and noticed on my last bite that it has green fungus. I told the waitress, she called in the manager. He documented the incident and reported to their corporate office. Now, corporate office has emailed me. What should I do ? I did puke (psychological effect) later in the day to make myself better.. but the feeling that I ate fungus food still makes me dizzy! 🤢

For creating Mental trauma... And sometimes these fungus reacts later so who knows what medical attention you might be needing later in your life. Kids using Johnson's baby powder got skin cancer after they turned teen

I wouldn’t sue them. But knowing that they are well aware that you COULD sue them will be to your advantage. Ask them to be compensated, like a settlement before a lawsuit. Which company was this?

Comparable to BJs Restaurant.

How about don’t eat at that restaurant again? Fungus on bread is not deadly, probably won’t even cause diarrhea. I’d go as far as leaving a negative review, but that’s about it

I thought so too.. but some 💵 won’t hurt.. 🚘

Keep complaining until they offer enough free meals. Lawyering up and shit sounds cool but will take up a lot of your free time and may not be worth the settlement amount in the end. If you’re feeling particularly litigious, there’s the small claims court

Little moss and you are puking, but kombucha SCOBY and y'all tech nerds are falling over each other to get a sip.

I'm sure there's a lawyer out there who would take your case. Probably many. But (I hope) many have clients with actual injuries to help. It might be a more effective use of your time to threaten small claims and see of they'll pay out to avoid the bad press.
