A designer who works 8 hours per week

I worked at Cisco Meraki before. There was a designer who was asked to design the V2 of our app. What he did was: he scheduled Wed and Thur sessions, 2 hours each, and asked us to "visualize what features are in V2". And then, he asked us to think about all the features and make some votes for which features are great. Then he just rehashed the information and call it "his work". Well, so 2 x 2 hours meeting a week, plus perhaps working another 4 hours to rehash the info, basically he worked 8 hours a week. I am not sure what TC he got. $90k? $120k? So he was making $90k x 5 = $450k or $120k x 5 = $600k, as he only needed to work 1/5 of the hours. I am not even going comment on his attitude to discriminate fellow coworkers who has the same race as him but was not born in the US like him.
