Need Coinbase help and resorting to desperate measures… hoping someone who works at CB sees this and can get my support case reviewed by an actual human being. The Issue: I signed up for Coinbase, went through the identity verification process, and purchased crypto. The next time I tried to purchase more crypto I received notification that my identity verification failed. Now I’m not only unable to purchase more crypto, but I can NOT access my original funds (thousands of dollars). I’ve attempted to verify my identity over 30 times, have followed all troubleshooting steps, and have filed several support cases and complaints but they keep being closed (over the past month). All of the responses are computer generated and it’s clear that my case is not actually being reviewed. CB also does not have a customer support # you can call. Not sure what else I can do…If this was just about me not being able to buy crypto I’d just use another platform but CB somehow allowed me to purchase crypto and then failed my ID verification after the fact, so now I’m left with thousands tied up in my account. If anyone can get my case looked at I would be super appreciative. YOE: 8 TC: 175k
If you buy bitcoin switch from coinbase to swan for low fees and auto withdrawals to your wallet.
Wtf
Use okcoin instead
DM directly. I'll see if I can help you!
Coinbase is the robinhood of crypto. Better stay away.
Happy to report that an employee from CB jumped in to help resolve this for me. Thank you so much!

Did CB also let you buy crypto initially and if yes were you able to get it back / sell it to access the original funds?
