At what age can you save up 3M?
Assuming you’re a good SWE who started in early 20’s.
I'm not a good SWE and have only been in tech for about 2 years. But if I had Blind salaries since starting, it would be doable by 30-32.

Depends on your association, the books you read and the things that you listen to. You could do it in 2 years… but it depends on how you manifest it.
If you're starting from scratch, and assuming no outlier luck ( IPO or stock going 10x), then 15-20 yoe looks realistic. So late 30s.
