Can someone please tell me what would be the salary for Associate Director position CMC formulation in pharmaceutical/biotech company in Boston, MA area?
Yeah you're looking at about 150, anything else is the cherry on top
Director in Boston: 210k + 50% or more in Cash/Stocks
210 for AD + 50% bonus? Lol I need to start doing whatever the process engineering version of leet code is and start interviewing
Not in process. Those numbers are not atypical of Director in development. I have seen several offers, for myself and for friends/colleagues. Multiple offer situation helps, but you know well biopharma is not like Tech where can easily add 10% bump to TC or 100k to sign on with a competing offer.
Depends, is this a private company or a public company? Or are you asking to compare your TC at vertex?
180K + 18% in bonus + 25K in yearly RSUs vesting over three years
In the past few years, I had a few offers at the senior scientist level in Boston for cmc. Base ranged from 140-150k with 10-20% cash bonus. Wasn’t too clear on equity. AD is typically one level higher than that so I’d guess at least 160-170k base.
