In the DS race! Seeking referrals!

TL;DR: Seeking: Data Science referrals within Experimentation/statistics domain. Location: SF/Bay Area Give back: Mock interview sessions, Consolidated doc with links to all my study material that has helped me with the process:) Essay: I am more of a Quantitative Analyst (arguably a DS with strong emphasis on experimentation and analytics), than a Core DS (ML/NLP), although both ends have equally fascinated me to grow in this career, currently a TVC with the SMB Marketing team at Google. I’ve been in the interview loop on and off for over an year now, recently interviewed at DoorDash, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Facebook (onsite). My FB recruiter tells me it was a near miss and wouldn’t have been surprising if it was a hire decision. While all of this is still fresh I do not want to loose the momentum and really push myself through to the next rounds! I’m seeking for referrals, I can hop on a call and chat through my experience in detail for you to validate my candidacy. In return, to share with the community I am documenting my experience, adding links to legit resources and summaries on what worked well and what did not. I’m also willing to give back conducting mock interviews for any of your friends/family and to help them with the process (I love to teach and inform!). For all that it matters: I like it at G, big fan of culture of rapid experimentation here, I get to be creative and my work has great visibility (incl. Sr. Directors and VP level). I’m looking to level up ($$), take ownership and be able to attribute impact to my contributions (which is the single largest miss in my role here as TVC!). Seeking internal referrals are a big risk as I have heard stories of vendors moving/laying off those who do.
