Hello. Im looking at a few openings in NXP Chandler. Want to understand what the work culture is like. Whats a typical base pay for someone with 5yrs work ex, and how much stock, bonus you get. And any insight about any other benefits that you offer will be good to know
Would not recommend nxp. Pay scale is lowest in industry.
Can u quantity what the range may be for a post si val engineer with 5yrs work ex? I’m working for Intel and the pay scale in my company is low too so asking. Typically, when we jump companies, the pay gets better so want to understand
Base could be around 110 in Chandler. Bonus 10% and stocks maybe 50k/3.
