Sorry, don’t have any comp figures besides what’s online, it varies by country. What I can say is that I got above average comp for my role, living in a low paying country. Think making UK/German/French comp in Italy/Greece/Spain, similar YoE.

Yeah their job applications are bizarre as fuck. I applied for a director role and they asked questions like what kind of grades I received in high school. I just replied to him like “yeah I don’t even remember any of this irrelevant shit”
Yup, even a personality test. It's a waste of time.
