Offer Evaluation
Hello blinders, I am in a dilemma about whether to switch. I have an offer from another Tier 1 supplier Aptiv for a kind of lateral move. The current Wlb is comfortable but not really interesting. The details are as follows: Current TC: Base - 90k Bonus + 401k - 8-9 % Offer Base - 100k Bonus + 401k - 13-14 % Not sure what I should do. WLB is okay but sometime people are busy for the due. Project dependent. Btw, there are many things you can learn at Aptiv, if you want.
