Location - Austin MTS - AMD Base - 145K, RSU - 135K/4 years, S/O - 30K 15% Bonus Current - FormFactor at 163K TC in Bay Area + 5-6 years of Relevant experience. Does the TC at Austin looks decent? Thanks #hardware #semiconductor

Is 80K/4 as part of offer letter or RSU refresh at AMD?
eveything looks good but base can go upto 155k
That offer looks OK for Austin. They like to leave room for base salary growth without needing a promotion but they obviously need to entice you to join. The RSU grant looks higher than average.

Good for AMD, bad compared to other better HW companies for 6 YoE. I'd say keep interviewing if you want better TC.

Msft/nvidia/apple/google/meta/Amazon/broadcom. All of those can for sure beat this offer for 6 YoE.
