Earnings are solid and looks like AMD is taking server share from Intel. Their margins are improving consistently and are raising the guidance every quarter. Doom for Intel. What are your thoughts? #intel #amd #hardware #semiconductor #tech
They still use Specman for their CPU core validation which sucks and have come up with some complicated TXTe methodology which is similar to UVM in terms of TLM methodology but is kind of a over complicated shit. IDC engineers what control the whole thing in Big core and their methodology sucks big time … UVM is industry standard and a way to go !!!

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Intel will rise like a Phoenix from AMDs ashes. On a more serious note, AMDs server offerings are indeed great in this generation. And will continue to be so. I do believe Granite Rapids will be a serious challenger from Intel but that will take a while. On the desktop side, I think AMDs advantage will be short lived. It all depends on Intels Alderlake execution though.
Intel needs to catch up on their process node first, then we can do the real assessment.
fat chance lol. intel design/arch is full of talentless assclowns and therefore is only competitive with a full node advantage. intel DV is so bad it takes 6 months longer for them to qualify anything compared to the rest of industry. alderlake will be hot garbage. bank on it.
