AMD vs Ericsson
Have two offers with similar compensation, both in Austin. YOE: 5.5 AMD : 150K Base, 60K/3 RSU, Bonus :15%. Sign-on:10K Ericsson : 170K base, no RSU, 12.5% Bonus, 30K sign-on. Both offers seem final with no room left for negotiation, need help deciding which one to pick. Current TC : 150K PS: Asking for a friend, not my TC at NVDA. #hardware #semiconductor

Tell your friend to stay at intel and interview with amd in a year and get SMTS.
