She knows how to get attention and invoke reactions from people who would have never bothered about her or her ideas if she wasn't in any public occupation.
Consider this. As political process becomes more inclusive the average voter’s IQ drops. With this, constituency is more susceptible to a populist rhetoric (both from left and right). So op, don’t worry - you will have more populists like AOC and Trump in upcoming decade.
Yes, both are necessary for people to wake the f up and pay attention to how their government works instead of letting politicians and media tell us how it works.

Really not afraid to speak my mind. (Also liberals aren’t, going by all the boycotts and such) Anyways don’t care enough to actually tweet. I only tweet to customer care when something isn’t working.

I agree with MZ on this. Let the liars and their lies be visible to the people without censorship. Only then will people make the right choices. If SM start censoring lies, the liars will benefit because people tend to give them the benefit of doubt in most cases.
Problem is the lies peddled as truth. And even the term “alternative truth” seems to have found its supporters. Fb def shouldn’t be the arbiter of truth. I see no easy way out other than people being involved and educated enough to seek out sources and such. Like the said in founding documents that educated masses is important for a democracy to work well.
Yes. Someone else telling people what's right and what's wrong isn't education. "Give a man a fish...teach a man to fish..." Voters must be treated as adults. Over time, it evens out. No one can fool everyone all the time _unless_ information is controlled.
