Hi, I can provide some insights. Dataminr is pretty stable, we just had a major funding round last year and the company is working towards IPO for next year. Work culture is very collaborative, fast-paced, and wlb is great! There are some people who have stayed for more than 4 years. I've also seen other engineers who moved on to Meta, Google, Twitter etc. I Can't speak to the comp in London.

From what I've seen, the base and bonus is somewhat comparable to FAANG (maybe slightly lower). However, valuation of RSUs and options is less clear as the company is still private, so it depends on your risk tolerances and view on the company.
