Alaska Airlines senior software engineer interview
Does anyone have experience with the interview loop for a senior software engineer at Alaska Airlines? Noticed they are full remote and the pay is probably better than what I get right now. Input is greatly appreciated!!! #alaskaairlines YOE: 2.5 years TC: 97k
Does alaska give RSUs or options as part of TC?
RSUs at Principal level start at 10k/3yrs. Not much.
Pay band is 140-165 for senior swe. Is this role for ITS or e-commerce?

This is for our ITS side, which is everything that isn't guest facing. They are a slower path to promotion, but work on very solid projects in general. They're core to our airline. Unfortunately I'm not on the hiring committee for the ITS side, but expect one frontend, one backend, and one manager round as a minimum for onsite. It's a great company to work for, and I just got a 16% bonus payout today.
