Hi fellow Blind folks, I have an interview with AT&T for the junior MTS position in a week. What kind of questions and how many rounds of interviews for each can I expect? I’ve already read through all the crap about AT&T on this app but I’m someone with 1.5 years of experience, got laid off and on visa, so beggars like me can’t be picky 🤷🏻♂️. Please help!
If you can speak Hindi it’s a bonus - I’m being serious. In general at AT&T if the interviewer likes you it’s smooth sailing. No LC needed - 2 part interview technical and behavioral. The technical is not very structured - just probing your experience.
Do u mean to say the AT&T is full on Indians? That is fine with me they are good folks, as long as I won’t be passed up for a promotion for someone less deserving because they speak Hindi. How is the work at AT&T ? Benefits? Also I’ve read that employees have to relocate to certain office hubs, is that already in place or is that in the future?
NJ is a key hub so no relocation worries. Benefits are average but the WLB is amazing. It’s very hard to progress internally because everything is done by favoritism - bonus, ratings, promotions. Unfortunately it’s seeped into the culture so you’ll find yourself playing the game as well. But as a junior MTS you’ll be fine
I am in that same org and conduct interview . Usually I ask LC medium questions and then get into some of the 3GPP call flows (depending on the function ) I expect the candidate to have good understanding on algorithm and logic . Good systems engineering experience as well

There’s is no set format and it’s highly team dependent. The org. name (if you know) may help.
Hi, it’s for the Mobility Core & Network Services team. I’m mostly curious about the coding section of the interview. Will it be LC heavy or something more practical? I ask this because the job description mentions they’re looking for people from different technical backgrounds like cloud computing, data analytics , SWE etc. Thanks!
Job description is BS around here. Sound super confident and ready to explain your past work. Basic LC should be sufficient. Titles are weird around here - SWEs, DEs, Network Engineers, System Engineers, etc. can all fall under the MTS umbrella. If the team likes you, they’ll find a spot.
