Hi fellow Blind folks, I have an interview with AT&T for the junior MTS position in a week. What kind of questions and how many rounds of interviews for each can I expect? I’ve read people say it’ll be LC Medium whereas someone else said they will only ask about my background?? I’ve already read through all the crap about AT&T on this app but I’m someone with 1.5 years of experience, got laid off and on visa, so beggars like me can’t be picky 🤷🏻♂️. Please help!
I think it will be pretty simple - it depends on the team and manager for sure but I’d bet 2-3 rounds if that. It will likely be interviews with just the HM and maybe another person on the team you’d work with. There will probably be some type of assessment but nothing like Google / AWS challenging.
Gotcha thanks! It’s just that I’m a bit desperate for a job in this economy and want to be as prepared as I can. I have a question regarding the return to office. How strictly is it enforced? Could I work full remote for a couple months before moving to a office hub?
Yes they’ll probably give you a couple of months to move
Depends on what org. Is this labs or another org
Hi, it’s for the Mobility Core & Network Services team.
Any insights about the team?
dont do it.
I’m desperate 😭. Unless Walmart can give me a job 👀
I would guess background questions and asking about previous projects / experience
Will it be that simple? The pay for the role starts at 99k, which I know isn’t a lot but it’s good money. There won’t be any coding questions or weird assessments? Also how many rounds in total might there be? Some said 2 others said 4. Thanks!
