AT&T director salaries ?
Hey I am scheduled to interview for director advanced analytics and director data insights at AT&T ? What is the sal compensation for these roles and the break down ? Do they have rsus ?? #at&t
I can look it up later. Directors do get RSUs but it’s awfully low comparatively. I’m shocked there is even open headcount since we are in the midst of our semi-annual layoffs. I would not join AT&T from MSFT.
Paybands depend on location - AT&T has four levels, all dependent upon your assigned work location: https://access1.sbc.com/staffing/Geo_City_and_State.pdf Director Data Insights N1: 169K - 254K N2: 188K - 282K N3: 210K - 316K N4: 225K - 338K Director Advanced Analytics N1: 153K - 230K N2: 171K - 256K N3: 191K - 287K N4: 205K - 307K Target Bonus: 19% RSU data is not shared and is not offered anyone under director level except on very, very occasions. I can state from my discussions with those who have the RSUs they were a very tiny percentage of TC.

Directors do get RSU’s and refreshers (I can confirm since I am one ). The RSU is around 48k worth of share vesting over 3 years
