Cohesity MTS3/4 expectation (BLR)?
Recently I interviewed at cohesity, and when comes to offer they are offering me an MTS3/IC3 level role, which also goes without saying a lower comp band as well. Curious as what's the yoe expected for MTS4 and pay band for the same there? Current TC: 42+9 LPA YOE: ~5 #cohesity #engineering #software #swe

I declined their offer for MTS3, as that didn't make any sense given my current comp. The recruiter said they'll check and come back if someone can try me for MTS4, yet to get an update though. π€

I also gave the interview. In how many days did they revert back after the interview loop ?
In my case they took around 3-4 working days after my HM round.

They would barely be able to match your current base salary at MTS-3, MTS-4 goes up to 55 L base and 7000 RSU/ 4 which by the way are absolutely useless. It is a shithole, worst company I ever worked at, and as you can see I work at Amazon Thank me later
