Cirrus Logic job levels and compensation
can someone please share cirrus logic job levels for technical (mts/smts/pmts) and manager ladders. I could not find this info anywhere. also I am currently interviewing for a PM position there, what compensation should I expect? current TC 135 yoe 8yrs #cirruslogic

Design Engr Levels: Engr-1 Engr-2 Engr-3 - 5-7 yrs exp Senior - 8+ yrs exp Staff - 10+ Senior Staff - Don’t know Principal(Rare) Given the high attrition rate, if you do well in the interviews, you could get a handsome package. Pay special attn to stock vesting schedule as it is not industry standard.
Can you give a TC breakdown for Engg 3 and Senior? What is the stock vesting schedule?
Engr 3 could be around 125-140k base. Stocks around 1500 and 8% bonus. Sr engr base could go up to 150k and 15% bonus. Stocks is how you negotiate. And depending on how bad they want you, you could expect a considerable sign on. Refreshers are completely based on manager discretion.
135k total compensation is very low. Did you forget your stock income? Did you include bonuses?
with current stock price, it will actually be +50k to TC, compared to when they were granted
