Cool
Better than mine
What was your offer and your YOE
Isn't it too low for 18 yoe?
That's what I was thinking and wanted to validate here with the community
Amazon doesn’t pay much to SA and TAM roles.
Is this RSU in units or in $ amount?
RSU is in unit, total 40 RSUs
Ask for 20-30 more RSU?
Try asking for more RSUs
Way too low. I had more than that on L5 (SA)
Thanks, what was your location and TC
Not way too low. Min is 160k TC 210k is towards the top of the range. There is still a bit more room for growth but a good offer.
Can someone tell me if I need to know SW to be a SA or a TAM?
It's more important that you know AWS really well. Knowing basic scripting helps too. If you know how to code it'll be helpful too.
Okay. AWS only for amazon or in general? I don't know where to start but it sounds more fun than leetcode
It’s too low
That's near the maximum for the base. You could probably get more RSUs if you ask
What the maximum base ?
Location ?
Atlanta
Is there an AWS office in Atlanta or just remote?
