Hey, got an offer for Solution Architect role in AWS, Here is a breakdown YOE: 18 Base : 150K Sign On Bonus Y1: 55K Sign On Bonus Y2: 43 K RSU: 40 , spread over 4 years(5%, 15%, 40%, 40%) Location: Atlanta Year 1 total comp comes to: 210k Is this a fair offer or should I ask for more? #amazon #amazonaws #offer #solutionarchitect

RSU is in unit, total 40 RSUs
Ask for 20-30 more RSU?
Try asking for more RSUs

Not way too low. Min is 160k TC 210k is towards the top of the range. There is still a bit more room for growth but a good offer.
Can someone tell me if I need to know SW to be a SA or a TAM?
It's more important that you know AWS really well. Knowing basic scripting helps too. If you know how to code it'll be helpful too.
