AWS S3 vs Cisco WebEx cloud support
I got an offer from AWS S3 support L5 which is 50 percent higher than cisco . WebEx is not dying and cisco has better work life balance on the other hand AWS horror stories are very discouraging but still AWS is a sea of learning .what you guys think ?

Yeh i am not a SDE but i work on a lot of WebEx integrations and their APIs ..I like the fact I have free time to learn more tech outside cisco but with AWS i may not find time ...

If by S3 support you mean working in the Premium Support org, i highly doubt anyone else has better WLB. We work on a follow the sun rotation. What we happens after your shift is over is not your problem.
Cisco has better WLB? I’m interviewing for a SE role with WebEx team and I’ve only read otherwise on Blind. WebEx known for layoffs, product not moving anywhere etc. Following this post to see what other people got to say
WebEx and security is still strong for cisco and LRing with these BUs is till very less , infact they have acquired a lot of cloud companies to power it like BSFT although it faces tough comp from MS teams and slack ..not sure about SDE wlb for cisco but I see the all the pros for cisco for wlb ..mine is very good
