You can go 290K. I know people that negotiated 310K

I think you should be able to get at least mid 200s for an incoming L5. The band in high COL L5s from my understanding is mid to high 200s. The only low 200s L5s are bottom of the band internal promos
So OP how much could you negotiate?
Major low bal, Your TC for 1st year is 205k I got a 200k offer as an SDE1 with 1.7 yoe. You can easily go to 240
It’s not. It appropriate, I’ve seen offers 10-15% above and below. Not a lowball.
Maybe 15% below for Microsoft, but this is Amazon!
