IRS Warns Thousands of Taxpayers They Could Face Jail Time
Was told that I wasn't chosen to move forward after virtual onsite with AWS security. Recruiter stated that there wasn't a cooling off period for reapplying to any of the positions/roles currently listed, but didn't know if I passed the bar interview and was just not picked up for the team/role? Does anyone know what this means, as in should I go ahead and throw an application in for the same role but different location/any more insight? Role was for 5+ years of exp., only have 3+ years of exp. as of now, recruiter that reached out on LinkedIn said that was fine. Application Security TC: 150k #AWS #security #tech
This means you passed the bar
yeah it happened with me for L6, they said cooling did not apply. infact amazon recruiter from another location reached out on the same day for a different position
It means the manager did not want you on their team due to technical skills not matching what they are looking for, but the BR and the panel agreed you are a fit for Amazon culture.
yeah thats what probably happened, the usecase i started discussing for a leadership principle did not come as well as i hoped especially in the hiring manager round. For each of the leadership principles the interviewer rates you on the scale of concern, mild concern, strong , very strong i think. if you get more than two mild concern from the panel of 5, they decide accordingly.
Yeah, I’d just apply to other openings.
