The technical account manager role at AWS seems to have responsibilities all over the place. Seems like they do everything except wipe the customer's arse. I've heard many complaints about Azure's TAMs saying that they only give x amount of hours and rarely respond. Has anyone worked at both AWS and Azure to give insight on how they differ? #aws #azure
