referral at Northrop Grumman

I remember having seen an odd person or two with their company listed as Northop Grumman. i was wondering if the company hires people on H1-B and if they do, can I get a referral?

They don’t. You can look them up on h1b data and they don’t exist

How does one quarter of your current salary sound?

Everyone is trying to leave NGC except the old pensioners. I’m currently looking.

Now I know why three recruiters chased me down the street today over a ngc job

Wouldn’t be surprised. Also the Talent Acquisition team at NG is literally god awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had on-boarding. Literally idiots over there

Ok, the consensus seems to be that I shouldn’t even touch ngc with ten foot pole. Ok cool. I saw the website and thought it would be a nice place to work in. Never mind

It's not bad to work here, at least at the Baltimore site. People on here mostly complain about the comp. You can get more elsewhere but most of them aren't embedded jobs. If they're working on old tech that's not good either, but it's not hard to switch to something with new tech on it. Really the people you work with, skills you learn, and work life balance is fantastic.

I will 100% say work life balance is great here. Compensation and the work you're doing might not be the best but you get a lot of flexibility (at least on my team). That being said, I'm looking because i want more comp 😂

Most jobs at NG require a security clearance. Need at least a green card for that.
