So I was recently prescribed skyrizi and was shocked to see it costs 12k/shot and you get 4 shots a year. Most is covered by insurance but anyways more importantly with these insane costs what kind of TC are you guys getting for the different job functions?? Tc: 260k
TC: 135k Associate Manager in business insights/pricing. I get RSUs if I get promoted
What location? Ty for the data point
Remote, but Chicago based.
Not enough, that’s for sure... TC 82.5K Business Analyst. I’m so far down on the totem pole though that if a new grad with a Masters comes in they make more than me. 🙃
Need to also remember how massive AbbVie is, and they rely on these blockbuster drugs to pay for r&d and feed 10k+ mouths. Pay is not amazing across the board, pretty 🥜 at the start
TC: 120k with 8% yeary bonus. I work in a role that supports data analytics, based in the Chicago area. I'm two levels below a director role which is when you get stock options I believe. YOE: 10+
I am at director level, but TC is peanuts sincei am not in the US :(
Just over 200k TC coming from the Allergan finance side with 10 YOE Sr Manager level. Not looking forward to the 2022 benefits realignment. TC will likely be going down.
Read the recent articles about Abbvie. Seems the ones making out on the high cost are the C suite. Assssssholes
Damn what about the scientists that actually make the stuff are they just fukt?
Principal scientist in r&d is $200s and that level is typically phd + 8 yoe. To get to tech senior SWE comp in r&d you would probably need to be in clinical development with a MD and fellowship.
