About Google Kirkland
I’m joining Google Kirkland this summer and wanted to know more about the 6th st campus. Can someone share info on the amenities, cafes, gym, food, fun events, misc things to look forward to etc. Thanks in advance! TC: 295k #google #googlekirkland
There's a park sort of built around it as the campus along 6th street along the Kirkland corridor. This gives the 6th street campus a basket ball, volleyball and tennis court. I believe there's also a Doogler park for the pets. I believe they are trying to expand it a bit with the construction along the northern parts of it. In terms of nearby stuff, Kirkland downtown and the other Google campus is probably a 1-3 min drive up north and nearby there is a small shopping center with a Metropolitan supermarket and a pharmacy & some miscellaneous shops. I don't work at Google, but I live near it and take the bus stop there to get to work at MSFT.
Awful perks- worst in the industry. Stay away. J/k. It’s not Mountain View but still cool af. Check out hash table and the games arcade on the first floor in bldg B.
