TC : 330k - 300 base + 30k stock / per year Sign on - 50k Is this a good offer worth considering or better to interview at other places and get offer for Google L5 or equivalent roles of research scientist position at startups like OpenAI, Adept, Anthropic etc if one is confident of their interviewing skills?
