Accenture Salary
I got an offer from Accenture for 105k in NoVA. My current Salary is 94k, I don't have another offer rn and might say I do and try to see if I can get up to 110K. Mostly seeking a place I can coast on, and have a good WLB. What is potentially a good comp to have at Accenture? YOE: 3 years

covid1234 Nov 17, 2020Tell them you make around 100k and only move if they give you at least 10-15% raise, else no point in taking the risk for you.

For 3 YOE that's not bad but, from my experience with them, you can negotiate to a certain level, then the HR will tell you this is the limit. I would say push to 110k

Negotiate higher base and signing bonus. ;)
Negotiate it to 115k. Is it for a Java developer role?
Yes, and I mostly program in Java. Just need to think on how I can negotiate higher.
