Hey guys, I recently got an offer from Accenture as a UX designer in the UK Here are the offer details: Total Comp : 53,000 Sign-on Bonus : 2,500 All in GBP (Pounds currency) I am currently looking to negotiate this offer but do not have a basis to the nature of the offer if this is a good offer or not. In my opinion, I think the Sign-on bonus is bit low and also not sure if Accenture offers a relocation bonus as well. Any hints on actual offers from Accenture would be appreciated. #tech #accenture #uxdesigner
lol
Accenture provides sign-on or relocation bonus, not both, from my experience in other region. If you have other offers, I would suggest not to go to Accenture. It’s a shit hole.
^ second this opinion. Avoid all outsourcing firms in the UK. t. I work for one and it sucks balls
ops needs visa so less chance for negotiation
Shit offer
As non tech L6 amazon my tc was 96k including sign on , with 27 shares
Accenture will make op work 2 times longer hours than Amazon, but make 25% of Amazon, plus if you are female, don’t go there, you have to sleep the old MDs and managers to get promoted.
Omg, what is this salary ? Probably a Post-doc at Imperial College London gets more than this salary..It is a joke..
This offer is so insulting it is hard to comment, however given that Ops maybe from LCOL countries and need visa, the offer maybe intentionally low
Is this a fresh grad position? Do you need visa?
Hi, this is an experienced hiring position and I will need a visa
I think he does need a visa to travel to the UK
