Current administration: The March jobs report shows +220,000 jobs! Wages are up 0.3% for the month!
Why did you apply for this job? Because I want my salary to grow 10-12% annually the same as you do.
“Accenture now expects annual revenue growth to be between 8% and 10%, compared with its previous projection of a 8% to 11% increase. Earnings per share is expected in the range of $10.84 to $11.06 compared with $11.20 to $11.52 previously.” Earnings per share are falling what seems to be around 4% and the growth estimation is literally staying the same but with a 1% lower upper bound. Time to nix 20k jobs!
Workers in this country need better protections. This is bloodshed
Wow, finding a job will just keep getting harder and harder with so many people competing for the same roles available in the market
But you can label your resume Ex-meta. Will that help?
That's my point exactly, anyone with with ex-FAANG and even Accenture will have an edge over other people, making it a very competitive market. I'm not currently looking for a job as of now, but might have to next month after layoffs :(
How can a consulting company fire people? Are those not working
Do more with less
Not sure about other countries. In my home country accenture is basically for slave workers. They pay shit salary and ask people to work overnight in the office. It was a cultural thing to just go to work 8 am and go back to your house 1 or 2 am of the other day and still have to work that day normally.
