Accept multiple offer + Multi H1B transfer?

Given that the positions are being canceled fairly regular these days, should I accept multiple offers from different companies and ask all of them for h1b transfer? TC : 200 something k #h1b #amazon #google #nvidia #apple #amd #intel #cisco #oracle #hardware

Why not? They’d have no qualms reneging on offers themselves. Do what’s best for you.

Trust your gut feeling. No one can say anything. It goes both ways loyalty and your chance. So if you decide 1 company and you stick with them, if they let you not join then you would regret, if it works out happy. If you accept multiple and they all accept that's bad. If none accepts that's worst for you. Just do what your gotta do.

Yes. It’s business at the end of the day and you need to look out for your best interest.

Yes, it’s prudent these days

I was wondering the same thing? Can companies, especially in Hardware since there are only few big tech companies, blacklist a candidate and stop from getting re-hired in the future?

Try to work multiple jobs to protect yourself during this downturn

Not possible on H1B I guess

We can work multiple jobs on H1B

Try to limit to 1-2 , don’t just go on H1B spree. I was in the same boat I narrowed down to two, and picked one at the end

My one h1b is approved, so I need to tell other h1b filing company about the recently approved h1b (that I'll not be joining)?

VMware @net Oct 29, 2022

👎 nope I didn’t tell either and nothing happened. So don’t tell
