That is high comp (relatively speaking for EDA) for 2.5 years. My TC is lower and yet I am a key staff member of the core group (cash cow) for 14 years. This is why I am GTFO. Good luck.
How is your experience so far with the company? Since there us no stick/RSU , how do they compensate? Was there any signing bonus?
Experience so far has been good. Amazing wlb. Base was 170k, Bonus 10%, relo 5k, joining bonus was 16.66k, and retention bonuses at 1.5 and 2.5 yrs of the same amount. That was the breakdown back when I started. Now base is 185k. Rest everything is same.
