4 sections that each focus on different strengths to see that u are kind smart and creative. Industry knowlege (one interview for upper funnel and one for lower funnel) Ability to manage ambiguity I think the last one focus on your ability to work with a team / kindness Have situations/stories ready to speak to that show how you are kind smart and creative. (Ex tell me about a time u worked with a tough client, tell me about a time u did something new)

How does the comp look like for AM roles?
AM for selling ad packages? Following
