Posting for a friend who recently got an offer for Account Manager role in Microsoft. She has around 5 years of experience. Base looks low to me
Good base but what is the total OTE? For an account manager role at MCSFT I would expect at least 200k although depends on experience and 5 years is not much in sales considering how vast the gap is between entry level and enterprise. I doubt this is a true enterprise role.
