Acne scar
Female here, brown skin Has laser treatment, like micro-needling, laser resurfacing, or infini rf worked for anyone for acne scars? I tried these treatment multiple setting still no visible result. I am seeing centerforderm in Fremont for treatment. Any help/advice ?

Get fraxel. Go take a trip to Korea and get it done. American derms are noobs compared to the ones in Korea. They got the latest and greatest and it will cost you about the same (including flight). Start using prescription retinoid creams after you get the laser done.
Tretenoin is actually more effective, good to know about the cost of Fraxel is Korea! ;)
https://youtu.be/sK00I_1BrrQ I recommend watching this. It depends on what type of scars you have. A combination treatment (tca, subcision, etc) is often times needed.
My (white if that makes a difference) girlfriend has done micro-needling and she thinks it has really helped. Go talk to a place that does all three and they can give you professional advice. She thought she needed one of the laser things but they said her scars weren't that bad so she just needed the micro-needling.
Get the laser anyways for anti aging purposes
I once read that brad Pitt got dermabrasion to remove his acne scars. Maybe that?
