Curious as to the culture at the SM office for Activision and how things have been the past few months since all the shutdowns. Any insights would be appreciated!

The downside is the entire creative side of the company (Blizzard, King, random studios) despises you and wishes you they’d be left alone.
Pretty horrible. Teams are overworked and chronically understaffed. It can be very team dependent, but ELT sets unrealistic expectations and changes their mind constantly, especially at the last minute, with zero regard for the impact on working level teams. The plus side is you get to work on the biggest franchises in the industry, the downside is leadership has egos to match.
