Activision finance - levels & Comp
Interviewing with a team at activision for a non-tech role YoE - 7 years Currently at MS what level would I be considered with my years of experience? What's the salary range (high band, low band) for these levels? TIA @activisions
You know you can ask the recruiter what the pay band is for the position?
Role is financial systems... yes I know... but what I’m trying to figure out with this post is whether I have leverage to lobby for a higher position/higher pay. Trying to figure out what the level is for someone with 7 years of experience
