I attended the interview for MTS-2 Position for Adobe India : After 4 Technical Rounds which the recruiter Says was a clear yes , my round was scheduled with a Director . Interview with Director :- After introduction he asked me to solve 2 questions. 1st question after coming to logic , he was not ready to accept the solution 2nd Question was solved in 2 mins (LCA of BST) this round lasted for 38mins approx , Even after interview I asked him what he was expecting in 1st Question , he did not give a proper justification and skipped it saying he has a meeting to attend . After this HR told me feedback is not positive and she will try for different team. After this 2 round were scheduled with other managers was scheduled . the first round was smooth and was positive the second round was more focussed on Devops and Kubernetes, apart from problem solving which I was able to solve quickly.. Some questions that were in Kubernetes I was not able to answer as I said was learning the same, due to this the manager rejected me . Now the point is: The HR tells me that last round feedback was not positive, and she says will look for other managers who could hire but it would be difficult. What can I expect. Current TC(29.5) Holding offer from OCI TC(45),Meesho TC(38) Exp: 2.6 #paypal #adobe #interview #ghosting #engineering #software #swe #rejection
I know someone was interviewed three times and got selected. Rejected in last round first time, then soke other team two more rounds and then rejected and then third team two rounds and selected. Adobe at mts level cannot beat oci tc. Do u wana go to Adobe or oci given both offers?
Adobe due to location constraints , as I am living in Delhi , and Adobe is in Noida
Probably meesho is a good option.whats your yoe. I haven't heard good things about oci. I am interviewing for CS2 in Adobe. Donno where it will go after hearing your experience
2.6
Did you get any update
Which technology you have worked on Adobe?
I was attending a interview , currently I am working in Paypal right now. working as a Fullstack Engineer in Java,Golang,Python, react, angular and SQL and nosql databases. Have also worked on Spark and Cloud as was a data engineer earliear
Adobe has a fucked up hiring process. I went through 5 round of interviews. Then they said feedback is mixed. Then they had 3 more rounds in some different team and then they rejected. I think this is common in Adobe, Noida. Clearly because NCR has less opportunities.
Bro it's done. Just forget about it. BTW what role was this for?
Backend Dev , in Adobe AEM(MTS-2)
Why are they asking kubernetes for backed dev.. 😑
