Adobe - Analytics Manager ( Switch )
Hello, I recently got a offer for an analytics manager role in Adobe. In terms of Base I am getting a 10% increment and annual bonus too is higher at 20%. Total compensation is definitely higher than my current compensation but as per recruiter there is no fixed policy on annual refresher. (Given to top performers) Adobe is able to do a match in terms of unvested stocks . (unvested stocks were significant because of price appreciation as well as significant tenure with eBay) Total Compensation #adobe ( 255K - First 4 Years) ( Not sure about refreshers) Domain would be pretty much similar but I am hoping for a good WLB and culture. Is it worth joining ?
Level is same . Tc is higher by ~23% but because of head-start in unvested stocks, difference in what I will earn in next 1 year would be ~10% ( I hope you get it . Difference between TC and what I will earn in my present company) . Another reason to consider is the growing nature of the company itself which has been pretty much stagnant at my current company. With it comes the constant fear of layoffs.
TC bump is not huge but concerns about company growth and layoffs is important. Layoffs in eBay are still happening? Which team do you work with? IMO you can keep interviewing for a better TC and level bump as many companies are hiring recently.

What’s the difference between TCs? Is the level in Adobe higher than your current level?
