Adobe - New hire grant P40/ P50 PMM

Can someone share what is the new hire grant for P40 and P50 product marketing roles in Bay Area? My partner just interviewed for a P50 role but they mentioned the level might change because she doesn’t have enough experience. While base will remain same, RSUs will change. Curious to know what how much RSUs P40 and P50 PMMs get. Current TC: $200K YOE: 9 #adobe #pmm
