Current TC: 50L (33L base + 14L (75k/4) + 20% annual bonus Current level: L62 Location: Hyderabad YOE 10 Offered TC: 42L base(excluding pf) + 7L JB + 18L stocks(100k/4 usd) + 15% annual bonus Location: Bangalore Hi folks, Need your help to evaluate the offer. How should I negotiate with TA. #adobe
Base looks okay. Do negotiate on joining bonus and stocks (can go upto 125k)
Hi Intuit, what is equivalent level to CS2? Is it SDE2?
The structure is: mts1 -2 , Cs 1,2 . I can say it’s equivalent to either staff (l64 ,l65)
You need to have competing offers to have upper hand in negotiation. Ideally dont share your current TC unless you could use it for better negotiation. Always tell your expectation if you are confident enough taking this route.
@all Can anyone please advice? I also had offer from Adobe for cs1 and tried to negotiate and HR told me to revert my points for negotiation in the initial mail they have send with numbers. Haven't heard since 1 week, can they revoke the offer I am really worried?
Its takes time to get new numbers and they do have other work also so they may not prioritising your numbers now but they should come back even if they intend to revoke your offer. Always be prepared for the worst that way you could negotiate confidently too
Does adobe base included pf and gratuity?
Base is 42 and pf is about 2L
