I have interviews coming up with Adobe and Amazon for a non-engineering roles. Both have 'senior' in the title. Wondering how the roles compare from a leveling perspective? There seems to be too much confusion on leveling at Adobe, especially for management (non-tech or engineering) roles, so any help would be highly appreciated.
