Any idea what to expect in Adobe phone screen? Is it standard LC based question or a mix of design and coding? Also, is the interview process consistent across Adobe or is it team dependent? Thanks in advance! TC : 0(still a student)
New grad or intern ?
New grad
I have an interview scheduled as well for senior position. The interview format is completely unheard of at any other company. Sys design for 20mins, coding for 20mins, discussion for 20mins. Don't understand how can you finish each one in just 20mins. Any comments?
Mine was on similar pattern, just replace sys design with theoretical questions(may be because I am NCG)
Looks like I cleared the phone screen, does Adobe asks system design in their onsite?
Cool. Congrats! How was it? Any feedback is really helpful.
It was a good experience, just brush up your comp fundamentals, nothing crazy and the conversation was like talking to a senior in your team. There was a lc medium question, but focus was on problem solving and not on getting the final answer.
How long did they take for getting back after on-site op?
They were very prompt. I got responses the very next day for every round.
I had an on-site on Monday and nothing from the hr till now
At 0, mostly understand projects worked on and some algos. Process varies by team
What about someone with 2.5 yoe?
Mostly some algos and pseudo code for upto 7 years. Complexity of problems and vagueness of question increases with experience
