Currently Sr. CS in Adobe India with TC around 80L which is almost equally divided between Fixed and Stocks. Have offer from Amazon and Microsoft Bangalore which are giving similar to 25% hike. Prefer Microsoft over Amazon due to better WBL and fixed increase by 30% but have heard that after the initial RSU which Microsoft is giving around 20% more than current, the annual RSU is peanuts. Am offered L64. In Adobe during my almost 5 years of job, I have been given around 80-110% of my fixed per year in RSU. Fixed salary increase been around 12% per year. In Microsoft India, I have heard RSU is just 20-30% of fixed. Is that correct? If so, after 4-5 years will my salary drop? Or is there some other reason why lot of people from Adobe still join Microsoft. Also what is average annual increment for L64 in Microsoft India?

Wow, 100% as stock refreshers is pretty awesome, most of the companies at max offers 25% as far as I know (Qualcomm, Microsoft, Intuit) and few like amazon won't even give refreshers if your tc is already reaching the target.
My advice will be to pick either Adobe or MS based on culture. You will most likely be able to stay longer. Amazon can provide you a taste of a much more cut throat environment and you will be hardened if you are able to be in Amazon for a few years. The other dimension could be to look at the group and the work where you will join and pick the one where you liked the background of the people and the quality of the work. Any of these companies can match whatever salary you want if they want you and they are all great companies. Congratulations for landing the offers from two more great companies.

No relocation been given or I have plans. It’s in Bangalore. yoe 11 yrs. Fixed 30% more than current around 52. Immediate stocks 20% more than current.
On hire stocks are 48 lpa × 4 over four years ?
