My org has forced RTO. Director has decided that all under him must be in office from Tuesday to Thursday.
I hate it as this means I need to stay away from my wife and family. They are in another city

Or whenever it was they offices were first opened. Stopped going as much when the mask rules went back in place

If you are in India it's mandatory to be in office 3 days a week.

There’s no mandatory amount but the executive team is trying to push to be in our new “norm” by the fall, which will have employees in the office approximately half the time. Some orgs are coordinating what days in the office so folks can choose to be there when their team is. But less than 20% of employees are in the office on a day to day basis.
