Area of Adobe can make a huge difference. Do you know what department?
This is very competitive for a remote non tech manager role
Would you consider this top of band? Any thoughts on Adobe with adding RSUs?
Not top of band but hard to say without knowing location. In general there's about 20% headroom for both base and RSU
I guess role is Sr Program Manager. If so, it is IC role and not of manager. Most probably P40 or P50. Compensation looks ok for remote. Compare to other roles accordingly.
M50 is what she told me.
I didn't see any M50 in program management with 10 years of experience. So why assumed IC. M50 is good, next promotion is Director but we have very less number of Directors in Program management so growth might be a concern. You can negotiate on RSU.
P40 and P50 are IC roles. M50 is senior manager . Seems okay compensation
Post her current TC or GTFO
Done.
