I came to know stock refreshers at Adobe are completely org dependent and are not provided to everyone. If you are in a revenue generating org will you get good stock refreshers?. Can employees working in Creative Cloud (CC) org provide estimates on the average stock refreshers they get? If refreshers also depend on the role then please provide an estimate for P40 level. When is the first year after joining did you see the stock refreshed? Is it true that you will not see any stock refresh until you 3rd year? Current TC - 350K Offered TC - 405K YOE - 7 #adobe

I am starting at Adobe in a couple weeks. I’ve heard that Eng is easier /prioritized to get refreshers over business roles. Was the $405K TC offer for year 1 (including sign on bonus)? I ask bc I’m on the same boat. I guess I’ll be coming in when stocks are down, but it will probably go down further
Refreshers are not guaranteed at Adobe. Top performer = manager's favorite.

Are you a P40 or a P50? My future manager told me refresher number for p40 only, cc org as well

Stock refreshers in Adobe are a retaining tool. Only given to some folks irrespective of whether the org is revenue generating or not. Don't count on it but high performers usually get it.
If the refreshers are based on performance, then a candidate the meets the expectations does not receive any refreshers? OR they get less refreshers than a candidate that exceeds expectations?
Only close to 50% of the team gets it's in a good org, rest will get 0. In my 6 years here, I got only twice. Also there is no rating system in Adobe
