Lmao, adobe got cold feet after they realized they were about to make a garbage deal. It took the federal reserve reversing the economy to make them realize it.

Good for both. That deal always felt inflated. Adobe can possibly use that money effectively somewhere else. Figma will probably get a better offer from someone if the market continues to improve. Moreover no layoffs on either side due to the merger.
